WEB & APP
Web content manager

Many people interact with a brand's digital channels before they interact with an individual representing the brand or step foot in a store. A website or mobile app is a future customer's first impression — it's the front porch by which they walk through a door of a customer experience, and it's important that porch is welcoming, engaging, and dynamically changing to keep people coming back. Here are a few examples of pages I've created.
Central Arkansas Christian Schools
At CAC, I make regular updates on the school's main website (cacmustangs.org) and also design visuals and unique ways of displaying information for new pages. CAC's school year looks like no other year has looked due to COVID-19, so an emphasis on digital communication through websites and virtual events on our website has been a priority.
I redesigned the school's COVID-19 Information Hub to create a visual space where parents could access clear and straightforward information about how the school is executing COVID-19 protocols. cacmustangs.org/COVID-19
In lieu of the school's annual Parent Night on campus, we created a virtual event that began with this landing page on the CAC website. cacmustangs.org/parentnight
Harding University
At Harding University, I managed content on the University's main website (harding.edu) and Wordpress sites (including news.harding.edu, magazine.harding.edu, and harding.edu/outcomes.)

The University launched it's own mobile app in November 2017, and I was at the center of that project. I designed all of the pages in the app and worked with a team on campus to create a structure for four different user personas — students, faculty/staff, future students and alumni. See a few sample screens below, and download the Harding app here.
